What Is Walking Yoga, Anyway?
Walking yoga is exactly what it sounds like: a mindful blend of slow walking and yoga principles. It’s about being grounded in your body, connecting with your breath, and moving with awareness.

And for me, that’s what wellness should have always been.
My Journey with Autoimmune Illness and Real Wellness
For many years I have been struggling with autoimmune conditions, women's health surgeries and PTSD. I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and completely disconnected from my body.
Wellness isn’t a choice—it is a necessity. But what I find in mainstream wellness culture is rigid, punishing, and completely unrealistic for someone just trying to get out of bed in the morning.
The things that have truly helped me heal aren’t flashy. They are slow walks. Rest. Breathwork. Being kind to myself. Soft fabrics. A bit of sunlight. And clothes that don’t dig into my waist or make me feel guilty that I have the toned body I used to have
